How to refer a consumer to another service provider

Within a folder a service provider can refer consumers to another service provider.

For example, a realtor can refer consumers in a specific folder to a selected notary. In the background:

• an email is sent to the notary to notify him of this referral
• an email is sent to the consumer that he/she is referred by you to that notary
• for the notary, a folder will be automatically created with the same journey type and reference
• for the notary, a connection request is sent to the consumer

Once you have the id of the service provider you want to refer to, you can send the referral via the mutation referConnectedServiceProviders.
