updateNamesOfTemplate

Update the human readable names displayed in the provider portal/api. The old names will be replaced by the new ones. Updating templates is only allowed for Linckr AMDIN role.

Need to think about the domain naming We can postfix with -config to clearly show it is an admin model -> TemplateConfig, DataserviceConfig, ... TODO: Return namesI18N, so the admin can see the names
